1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only if:

  • The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Please note: Products such as edible oil, masala, and pulses are perishable and non-returnable unless there is a genuine quality issue or delivery error.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used items.
  • Products without original packaging or labels.
  • Items returned after the specified time period.
  • Products bought during clearance or promotional sales (unless defective).
